Refund Policy

Refunds

All sales are final. You are responsible for the payment for the wallet recharge and all charges that result from these payments(i.e. pan application for new and update/correction in pan). We shall not be responsible for any payment for an incorrect entry in data of wallet recharge and pan application. In case, money has been charged to/from your wallet/card or bank account instrument and a payment/service is not delivered by the service provider within 24 hours of your completion of the transaction then you may inform us regarding the same by sending an email to info@ePortalindia.in or info.ePortalindia@gmail.com

If authenticity (Demographic) get failed in any pan card application, you will get 100% refund against these such applications within 12 hours of application filled online and same will be followed in case of duplicate entry found manually.

Please include in the email the following details the taken number, transaction date and date of transaction. We shall investigate such incidents and if it is found that money was indeed charged to your wallet/card or bank account instrument without delivery of the payment/service then you will be refunded the money within 48 working hours from the date of receipt of your email. All refunds will be credited to your wallet/mode of original transaction method. We shall have the sole discretion to determine the mode of reversal from the above mentioned options.

Coupon Redemption

Coupon redemption is purely subjected to standard and specified terms and conditions mentioned by the respective retailer. Coupons are issued on behalf of the respective retailer. Hence, any damages, injuries, losses incurred by the end user by using the coupon is not the responsibility of ePortal India.
